When will my order be shipped?

Once payment is received, the shipping process begins, and you can expect your order to be delivered within 2-5 days. If the order is made before 3 PM, it’ll be shipped out the same day. If it’s after 3 PM, we’ll ship it the following business day. Orders are shipped out from Monday to Friday.

How much does shipping cost?

International buyers are eligible for free basic shipping on orders exceeding $500, while US buyers enjoy free basic shipping on orders over $250. All available shipping options will be displayed during the checkout process.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

During the checkout process, you have the option to select the shipping option best for you.

How are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped via UPS.

In the rare event that your shipment is incorrect or arrives damaged, rest assured that we take necessary precautions. We photograph and document every order to protect against mishandling by UPS. However, if you do receive a damaged order, you have a 14-day window to contact us for a return or replacement. Our team is here to assist you with any issues that may arise.

Do you offer free shipping?

We provide free basic UPS shipping (2-4 days) on domestic orders over $250.

Is the signature on delivery mandatory?

Signature on delivery is mandatory on all orders above $500.
